SHOPPING INFORMATION

For domestics vendors, delivery period would take 3-7 working days, excluding processing of 3-5 business day.

For vendors based overseas, delivery may take up to 45 working days, excluding processing of 3-5 business days.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

After completion of order process, you will recieved a confirmation email with details of your order together with the tracking number.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

  3. Bank Transfer – Available only for domestic (Philippines) delivery address thru UnionBank, BPI, and BDO.

  1. Upon check-out, select payment thru bank;
  2. Make payment over the bank counter or online fund transfer;
  3. Send us copy of your payment/deposit slip by replying to our order confirmation email.
  4. Order will be processed as soon as we confirm your payment is credited in our bank.  Payment confirmation may take 1-3 banking days.

We have partnered with leading and trusted domestic courier to deliver your order at your doorstep.

  1. Select the COD option upon checkout.
  2. You will be notified thru you email or SMS for the delivery schedule.  Make sure you are available on delivery date.
