For international buyers we ship FREE from our vendor’s warehouses from China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS, and DHL.

For domestics buyers (Philippines) we ship FREE with our trusted local courier like LBC, JRS, Xpost and more to come.

Note: Our Free Shipping offer only applies to areas/destination covered within the service coverage by our courier.  Extra Shipping Cost may be applied to areas/detination outside service coverage.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

SHIPPING FROM OVERSEAS

Junmea Marketplace has an extensive vendors across Asia. Most products are shipped from acquired vendors based in Mainland China, Hongkong, Singapore and Taiwan. To identify an overseas product, the label “Shipped from Overseas” can be found on product page.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
